Within 72 hours, we will identify discipline-specific professionals to attend any observation or hold point event called up in the Project Inspection and Testing Plan (PIT).
Main activities:
- Inspection of static equipment: pressure vessels and boilers, separators, heat exchangers (including certification of pressure vessels per national standards and directives) and other process units: cooling systems and air coolers, pipes, ducts, spools, valves, and manifolds;
- Inspection, surveillance, and audits in pipe mills;
- Inspection of dynamic equipment: turbines and turbogenerators, compressors, pumps, and motors;
- Inspection of electrical equipment: controllers, switchgear, electric motors, VSD's, transformers, cables, panels, and accessories;
- Instrumentation and Control Systems inspection: temperature and pressure, flow meters, level and position indicators, environmental monitoring units;
- Infrastructure and subsea equipment for subsea installations: rigid and flexible flow lines, umbilical control lines, Wet Christmas trees (WCT's), manifolds (PLEM's), pipeline terminations (PLET's), risers and buoys;
- 3rd Party Inspection;
- 2nd Party Inspection;
- Non-Destructive Tests;
- Construction Supervision;
- Technical Support;
- Audits;
- Brazilian Safety at Work standards - NR13; NR10; NR26; NR35 and others;
- Rope Access (IRATA);
- Management, Coordination, Quality and / or HSE Supervision;
- Welding (EPS, RQPS and Welders Qualification);
